Exceptional Heat Control
Featuring two adjustable air intakes and two exhaust vents, the TMG Pits Dumpster allows for precise temperature control. Achieve the perfect sear on steaks or maintaining a low and slow smoke for tender ribs – the power is in your hands. The bottom is also insulated to allow for better heat management, meaning less coals and wood.
A chimney of charcoal is all you need to get to 250 degrees, it’s then a case of adding splits and managing your fire.
Spacious Cooking Area
With ample cooking space, you can easily prepare meals for large gatherings. The spacious design accommodates multiple dishes simultaneously, making it ideal for hot/cool zone cooking. Two grates add for additional space if you really want to step up the volume.
